I am using the latest versions of WooConvo and WooConvo Pro. When I try to go to the My Account/My Profile area as the customer and click on ‘Order Messages’, I get taken to a 404 screen. The WooConvo messaging box shows up on the individual order screen, but I can’t view all order messages under the Order Messages tab/link. Please advise how to fix this. I tried resaving permalinks to make sure that wasn’t it. It was working on another site on the earlier 8.0 versions, but now that I’m on 8.7 and 8.6 (pro), I can’t seem to get it to work. Any ideas?

please reset permalink settings like set to different options and then set back to current options and it will refresh the url in cache.
Hi, I tried resetting some of the permalinks in WooCommerce under Advanced->Page Setup but that didn’t help. I still get a 404 page when visiting the Order Messages menu item in the My Account/My Profile area of the customer. Anything else I can try?
