I am using the latest versions of WooConvo and WooConvo Pro. When I try to go to the My Account/My Profile area as the customer and click on ‘Order Messages’, I get taken to a 404 screen. The WooConvo messaging box shows up on the individual order screen, but I can’t view all order messages under the Order Messages tab/link. Please advise how to fix this. I tried resaving permalinks to make sure that wasn’t it. It was working on another site on the earlier 8.0 versions, but now that I’m on 8.7 and 8.6 (pro), I can’t seem to get it to work. Any ideas?
