Hey there,
We run a food delivery business and we bought your Pop up plugin to allow us to open product option in pop-up form.
It looks good, but there’s a slight problem that really kills our user experience.When a dish have a product option (size, sauce, drinks ..), there’s two buttons that appear. First one is your plugin button that called “Personalize” and a second one called “Add to cart” which’s the one that was originaly in our wordpress theme.
We want clients to be able to add dishes to their cart without confusion. When a dish has product options, the pop-up should open. When the client is done choosing his options, he just have to click on add to cart, which closes the pop-up, add the dish to cart and takes the client back on the menu.
In a list, it’s something like this :
1. Clients selects food
2. Pop-up plugin opens if the food have product option. If not, the food goes directly to cart.
3. Clients finishes choosing options, clicks on add to cart.
4. Pop-up closes, food is added to cart and client can choose another food on the menu.I’ve linked two Youtube videos that show you where the error is, and an example of what it should be like.
I can even send you wp login and password if you want to have a close look.

Yes, I understand what you mean but I think it’s a specific requirements for your business need and we develop Add-ons/plugins as general so it can adaptive commonly. If you need such option you can request a customized solution via sales@najeebmedia.com

Thank you for the quick answer. Yes, we would be really intrested by developping a custom solution for our business, but right now we just don’t have the money to do so.
We would like to know if there’s any fix to this error ? It’s really our last problem before the website goes live so please guide us so we can fix this once in for all and start work again 🙂Hey there, sorry to spam this topic but we really need a quick answer.
