Alway asking for API-key again

by using the WordPress MailChimp Campaign Manager the plugin is asking at least every few weeks to enter the API-key again. Does somebody already know that problem or how to fix this?

it’s the API Key from the client area which works. It’s ending with 20 at the end.

if worked for a while, but now we’ve got the same problem. There is also the problem that none of the two keys are working now and it’s not possible to use the plugin.
