Today I bought the plugin N-Media Client Portal. I would like to know if it is possible to automattically upload files which can be shown by every user. At this moment I first need to select the group which is available for all users and than upload the file.
Besides that, I would like to know if it is possible to show the group which is available for all users immediately and not the area my files. Now they need to go first to the group which is for all users.
I used the shorcode of the group in a certain page, but I get an error on the page. I tried the following shortcodes:
[nm-wp-file-downloader group_id=”3”] and [nm-wp-file-downloader group_id=3]. They both did not work. I used it also in the uploader shortcode, but than I get also an error.
The way how the download page looks, is not practical. The text and table in download area are too big. You can find an image of the print screen through the following link: https://ibb.co/fF5tA6 or see it beneath.
Another problem: In the download area you also find two bullets with the tex: upload file and cannot find the folder with the images. How can this be removed, because it does not have a function on this page.
Is it also possible that the upload area in de download page can be removed? The people who will download the file, don’t need to have the access to upload a file. In the image (which you can find through the following link: https://ibb.co/jSCn3R ) I marked the problem of the two bullets in red and the uploaded area which is not needed blue.
I hope you can help me with these issues.
