AutoSync and Other features are missing

Hello,

I am Amit Sethia. I have purchased the plugin and installed it on my website nandijewellers.com. I have also set up and connected it with a google sheet. I see in the tutorials there is an auto sync feature but it is missing on my website. I have attached a screenshot below for the same. Kindly let me know how to get the auto sync feature or if there is any process to activate the plugin using the API key which I got with the plugin to enable all the features including Auto Sync.

Hello,

I have followed the video but the Auto Sync I am talking about is whenever the value is updated in either google sheets or WordPress it must Auto Sync the data in the other platform without manual intervention. If I update the Title of a product in the Google sheets it must Auto Sync to WordPress and vice versa. Currently, it is syncing the data only from WordPress to google sheets, but I also want Auto Sync from google sheets to WordPress. Kindly let me know the solution for this ASAP.

Hi Amit,

yes from WooCOmmerce to Google Sheets the product and categories data will be updated automatically, but inside Google sheet, you need to click Sync Data menu (and clear the sync column).
