Our clients can upload and download files.
However, adminestrators cannot download the files from wordpress backend, which makes the plugin almost useless.
Instead, they get this “empty url”: https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpfm-files#
It seems the amazon URL is not passed to WP.
I reported this bug via email 1 month ago, and I didn’t get any reply (I also follow up via email, still no reply).
Please tell me if you intend to solve this bug and when.
January 23, 2019 at 3:25 pm #10452nmediaKeymasterHi,
we have fixed this issue, make sure you have downloaded File Manager PRO and Amazon Add-on latest plugins from client portal.
January 24, 2019 at 3:01 am #10460InfoParticipantAre you sure you uploaded the LAST version on the client portal?
Because I installed the new version, and
1. it DOESN’T WORK
2. The server says the files were modified for the last time on 11 December (amazon plugin) and 27 September (wpfm pro).
Can you either explain or upload the updated plugins?
It takes a lot of time to run these tests, and it’s frustrating to be stuck testing the same old version of the plugin
January 24, 2019 at 3:21 pm #10478nmediaKeymasterHi,
It’s not testing, it’s the direction to fix this issue. Make sure you download both PRO and Add-on downloaded again and installed. Otherwise, send me login details to check if doesn’t work.
January 25, 2019 at 2:35 am #10482InfoParticipantDid you read my last message?
I downloaded them yesterday morning (asia time) and it didn’t work. Also the server says you update last time those files on 12 december
Question: did you update the files again this week? Yes or not.
Question: if yes, when you upload them on your website? because yesterday morning you were still providing files form last year
January 27, 2019 at 7:45 am #10493nmediaKeymasterHi,
yes you are right last update was on Dec 12, We have just fixed this issue in latest FIle manager version 13.7
January 27, 2019 at 8:52 am #10498InfoParticipantI’ve now installed version 13.8 (that’s what I found online)
Version 13.8 DOESN’T WORK AT ALL
If I activate FIle manager 13.8, file manager pro and amazon add-on (all last versions), and then I click on “File Manager” on wordpress backend, I see a BLANK SCREEN
Note: I deactivate all other plugins and only activate your 3 plugins: still not working, thus this is noa plugin conflict, it’s a bug on version 13.8
Note 2: I’m using Storefront standard WP theme for this test, so it’s not my own theme customization, it’s a bug on version 13.8
Note 3: it seems to work if we de-activate the amazon S3 add-on, but this is 100% useless for us, as we store clients files on amazon S3
Can you provide a stable, bug free version of the plugin? We need this for our clients.

January 28, 2019 at 5:20 am #10505nmediaKeymasterHi,
Can you please please share any error log (when screen goes blank)? And also make sure you clear the cache.
January 28, 2019 at 6:28 am #10506InfoParticipantIt’s not the cache, I tried even from another pc. Here the error log:

January 29, 2019 at 1:41 pm #10509nmediaKeymasterWell can you please just share your login details to sales@najeebmedia.com, I don’t know why these error showings.
January 30, 2019 at 5:16 am #10519nmediaKeymasterOk thanks for sharing details, it seems you didn’t installed Amazon upload to latest file. I have just sent latest file/zip via email.
January 30, 2019 at 5:51 am #10520InfoParticipantOK, thank you… this is working
But how was I supposed to download version 13.3 when in your website you only offer 13.2 and you don’t even mention version 13.3?
I suggest you communicate about updates more clearly, quoting version number. I lost hours trying to debug version 13.2 because I took it was the latest…
January 30, 2019 at 2:38 pm #10529nmediaKeymasterOk, yes we are working for pro version at least notify for latest updates available.
