Hello, I have written 1 email to support for several days, but no one answers.
I am using N-Media WooCommerce PPOM PRO for users to customize some plastic cards by uploading their PDF files. I have placed two selection fields with 3 quantity options and each option is priced differently.
When I select any quantity the price of the woocommerce item is added. How can I ensure that only quantities are calculated in the field and the price of the product from the store is not added?
Also, the product quantity selection button does not disappear and confuses the user. Is there a way for the quantity selector to disappear only on this product?
Another thing, is there a way that on the checkout page you can delete articles as normally in wocoommerce?
Thanks!Thanks, but I’ve already solved it by hiring a developer. Your support service is very slow. When an ecommerce is in production and there is a problem, a quick and effective solution is needed.
