Hi – I’ve been using the free version and using another plugin for file uploads, but that had a limitation I could not work around – your pro version seemed to be the perfect answer, but…
If I am logged in to the backend and test the site in another broweser tab – all good. However, if I use a browser where I am not logged into WordPress (or in the real world, how the customer would work), after successfully adding the first product to the cart along with one or more uploads, when trying to add an upload to the second product I get a pop-up error message “You cannot upload the file at this time, please refresh the page and try again. Note that your current option choices will be reset.”
Now even after refreshing the page (or force refreshing) the problem persists.
I have tested this on Firefox (v69), Chrome (v76) and IE(v11) and also on mobile (iPhone) Firefox – same result on every one – so I’ve not bothered testing on any other browser or device.
The site (https://editmypic.co.uk) is still under construction, but has been tested out of maintenenace mode – I’ve left maint mode off so you can see.
Let me know if you require any more detail.
Hopefully this can be easily sorted, as without the ability to do this, I won’t be able to use the plugin I’m afraid.
Thanks

Conclusion of this test, the role of the user (admin, customer etc.) is not the cause of the problem. The problem lies with a guest placing an order.
Thanks

So, is it an environmental variable issue on my site/hosting, a plugin clash perhaps. So I deactivated all plugins except the two PPOM plugins and WooCommerce and switched to the default theme of TwentyNineteen – and all works fine.
So I activated my child theme (child of Divi) and still all worked fine for a guest user.
So onto plugins – I reactivated all and then deactivated one plugin that I had become suspicious of “Advanced WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts” – and lo and behold, all is good – so that plugin somehow clashes with PPOM when the user is not logged in.
All I need to do now is work out how to use your dynamic pricing for discounting.
Thanks for looking, but you can close this ticket – but feel free to leave it in the forum in case it helps someone else.

Spoke too soon – the problem is back.
The pricing matrix option won’t work for this site so I decided to go about it differently – I created two additional products ( a 5 pack and a 10 pack) but since doing so, I can only add file uploads to the first product again. Same error, same scenario – if I log in as a customer, I can, as a guest, I can’t.
HELP!!
