We purchased the PRO plugin, in the wordpress backend we can´t configure the plugin because we have to provider the API key; but when I enter the API key the working icon appears and disappears and nothing happens – the plugin is still not activated.

What can I do? What am I doing wrong?
Wordpress version: 4.9.1
