Can’t connect my site

When i want to finish the connection process in allowing Bulk Product Sync with Google Sheets™ to read and write in my woocommerce, i have an error.

I have this message “Erreur : Une erreur s’est produite lors de la requête et il est actuellement impossible d’envoyer les données client.”

I have got this problem because i didn’t install the free plugin, just the pro plugin.

After change, my google account password, it’s not connecting! Is there any way to reset the plugin settings? Thanks.
