Hi! I’ve been feeding products with my Google Sheet file but it stopped working. I’ve disabled AutoFetch to test if that was the problem but it still doesn’t work.
I thought the problem might be with 2 variation products I’ve added, but I tried to delete them and it’s still getting stuck while trying to Sync Products.
I can sync Categories without a problem.
I know the file is a bit complex now, but the structure worked fine when the sync was still working.

I have checked your sheet and update few products like https://stilusmotos.pt/shop/manutencao/filtro-oleo/hiflofiltro-hf103/
update it’s tags, and it is working just fine.
Hey! I just tried to update one and it’s working again yes.
But neither Fetch nor Autofetch is working. I added a few products that are not updated on the Sheet (don’t have ID for example) and they’re already published on woocommerce.
I even tried to Reset sheet while fetching and nothingBesides Fetch/Autofetch not working. I can’t sync variable products, the variation never sync. I’ve tried to remove all the extra info and follow your exact steps on the video and still doesn’t work

I have 502 products to add and don’t want to manually sync IDs after paying for a PRO plugin that is always buggy. I can’t use fetch data, and can’t sync products.
And customer support is really unresponsive. It’s too bad that there’s no alternative plugin, or I would ask for my money back.Hi Santos,
we have checked on your site, first of all the plugin menu is disabled in the dashboard. Secondly, your connected sheet is not correct it has many empty rows and just backup and connected new ‘products’ sheet.
And please download the latest Pro version from the client area and and install and try fetch first and then run sync. If problem occurs let me know here.
Hi, I reset the plugin and sheet and it’s working now. I still have problems with variations, some don’t work. I’m trying to debug and fix it.
I have one question I haven’t figured out yet: How can I set “Default Form Values” for a variable product? Select the default variation that’s selected when you open the product page.
