Changing an Image selection in Images results in all text boxes clearing.

I’m currently using a mix of text and Images to guide my clients through selection. However once an image is selected, all text boxes end up being cleared.

Example Flow:

Name: Test
Colour: “Custom”
-> Custom Request Text Box Appears
Custom Request: “Purple”
-> Select Shark Photo
-> Custom Request box is blank now

I would like to add, as a second possible bug.
Editing the item in the cart after, results in the text counter box being empty – thus if nothing is changed and update cart is selected – it will result in an error and the item being removed from the cart completely.

There was a bug in the Text-Counter plugin that would reset the input fields when you either make a selection from a radio or dropdown. Send him an email, if you are also using the text counter plugin.

yes, there was a bug in Text counter, now we have fixed with help of Margaret :), you can download latest plugin files from client portal.
