Hi all,
I could not find it in forum or dociumentation so open a new thread, hope this is the way.
I want to create an input form with 2 or 3 columns and I thought that was enough to create input fields and assigne them 6 col (to have 2 columns) or 4 col (to have 3 columns) and that, as the columns are 12, in my mind the input fields have to order one aside the other, but this doesn’t happens, all fields are one after the other, without respect of the numbers of columns applied.
So, my question is: this is the normal behaviour of the column selector or there is some conflict somewhere in my installation?
Or, second, to achive what I want I have to assign a class and to use CSS to indent classes?
In this second case, do you have a ready to use code? should be greatly appreciated.
Or, there is another way?
Thanks in advance for your support.July 21, 2019 at 11:59 am #13158Jane BrianKeymasterHi Macitaly

well, it should show fields in a column in you using column 6 or 4. Maybe it is conflicting with other CSS. Can you please share your product page URL with majid@najeebmedia.com
July 22, 2019 at 5:08 pm #13177macitalyParticipantThanks, I created a new admin account with that address, it should be arrived the email to change password, if doesn’t please tell me.
The test product is privately published only for admin and is https://prettyart.net/negozio/abbigliamento-uomo/t-shirt-uomo/test-scelte/
The first collapsible field contains two fields with 6 col set, the secod the same and the third one contains 3 fields with 4 columns set.
I deactivated all plugins but situation isn’t changed, now are active only which are indispensables.
Please, let me know if I can do something else.
Thanks in advance.July 24, 2019 at 6:54 am #13223nmediaKeymasterThanks for sharing. Majid will take care of this and get back to you.

We fixed the col issue, please check again.July 24, 2019 at 11:39 am #13233macitalyParticipantThanks Abdul, It works correctly, now, good support 🙂
If should be possible, I’d like to know which was the problem and how you fixed it, so I can avoid to bother you in case something it happens again (may be updating the theme, for instance, I don’t know what was conflicting).
Thanks in advance.July 24, 2019 at 12:14 pm #13235macitalyParticipantActually I was too fast to say that all has been solved 🙁
If I put, for instance 3 fields, with 4 columns each, they aligns correctly now.
But if I put 6 (or multiple of 3, with 4 col) fields, I suppose that they will be aligned in two rows of three fileds, in short in 3 columns, instead this isn’t happening, the first row is ok, the second one starts with a blank part in first column, so the 6th fields goes in a third row.
Can you, please, have a further look?
Thanks in advance.July 24, 2019 at 5:19 pm #13242macitalyParticipantNow the problem seems fixed, has anyone worked on it?
