Brought the pro version, very good just what I needed thank you 🙂
I’ve a couple of suggestions:
1. Allow a file to be sent without having to also type a message. ie. press the select file button, choose the file and then press send. this is intuitive to me. When it doesn’t send it makes you feel like something is not right.2. Have an option to not use a window in for the message area (chat container). Having a window in a window can be difficult to navigate on a phone and would be much easier if it was just a standard uncontained area for the dialogue. To remove the window in the options would be very useful.
Cheers,

April 15, 2020 at 6:09 pm #16458MichaelParticipantHi, Thanks for the reply.
I’ve been using the pro plugin for a few days now and a few of my customers are clicking the links to downloads and its sending them back to the home page. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I’ve tested with a test account and for me its working, however all the customers to date since installing the software have had the same issue, download links not working.
Any help appreciated.

April 16, 2020 at 2:28 pm #16470nmediaKeymasterHi Michael,
maybe some files are deleted from your server by someone, otherwise, it should work for all downloads.
April 16, 2020 at 5:12 pm #16474MichaelParticipantHi,
Thanks for the reply.
I’ve checked the files on the server and they are all still there. Without seeing directly what the clients are doing It’s difficult to know if its a user error, the instructions or a technical issue such as a browser incompatibility.
If there a was way to include the link to the download files in the email they are sent when they have a new messages, that would be a useful additional feature if it was possible. This would be convenient and mean they could download the files directly from their email client and skip logging into the site.
All the best,
-MichaelApril 17, 2020 at 1:37 pm #16518nmediaKeymasterok well noted.
May 9, 2020 at 6:46 pm #16980MichaelParticipantHi,
Thank you for the latest update, this is really good thank you 🙂
I do have a question regarding the placement of the File download link send in email option.
This link is automatically included in the emails sent to the admin but not the emails sent to the client (which is most important). Is there a short code that can be included the Email Notification in the settings area. The current short codes are:
Sender Name: %sender_name%
Sender Email: %sender_email%
Message Text: %message_text%But there is no mention of a code for the download file link.
Kind regards,
-MichaelMay 13, 2020 at 2:36 pm #17047nmediaKeymasterthat this issue is resolved in email.
