Didn’t receive a download and licence key after buying via Paddle

Yesterday, I have ordered the PPOM Bundle Discount. I have received two e-mails. Unfortunately, without workable download link, only a link to the thank you page: https://click.pstmrk.it/2sm/najeebmedia.com%2Fthanks/9iHpGCEN/7cQ/2w1L0XSyEL/bG9ja2Vy.

And no readable license key (License Key
{“status”:”alreadyassigned”,”pluginname”:”PPOM PRO”})

What can I do? I have paid with my credit card.

I already bought the PPOM Pro in 2020 with the same email address/ account. So when I login to my account I see that plug-in. Bought not the other one which I bought last week. Why not? Can’t I buy to plug-ins for two different customers of mine?

I can I get the plug-in working?

Hi,

Thanks for the update! I was able to download and install.

However, I seem not be able to enter the API key. It keeps saying ‘Please wait…’, but doesn’t do anything. I clicked on ‘PPOM PRO version is validated, please provide valid api key to unlock all fields. Add API Key’ to add the key.

I have added the API key from my portal and only the one for PPOM Pro first. Just to be sure, I have deactivated the other plugins.

What am I doing wrong?
