I am writing to report an issue with the Dokan Vendor plugin on my website. Specifically, vendors are not receiving any notifications when a customer writes to them through the website.
I have checked all of the settings and configurations and I have added the recipient endpoint “firstname.lastname@example.org” to the email settings. However, this endpoint is being interpreted as an email address rather than an endpoint and as a result, the vendors are not receiving any notification about the messages from customers.
I am in need of your help to resolve this issue and I would be grateful if you could provide me with any solution or a workaround for this problem.
