Good afternoon, currently I just bought your plugins, installed it, activated the api, but I still do not get Google Products in the Woocommerce> Settings section, can you help me please
I gave him to request a restart to see if that helped me to appear the button but I realized that I remove the license and complete step by step, it will be that they can help me, to put the license again and at the same time the option appears from Google products to move forward please take woocommerce 5.5.2 and woocommerce 5.8 and with none showing it, PLEASE HELP!
Thank you for your prompt response and excuse me for the despair, now the following happens when I installed the plugins the first time, it asked me for the api (which I restarted thinking that it would help me, for this reason it is now pending and does not have any assigned site) How do I re-link it to my site and delete the plugins, reinstall it, clear cache and nothing that appears to put the api back on it.
I have a big problem, I need the synchronization to be for 5000 thousand products and currently it can only be 100, as I do to put it at 5000, I have WP 5.8.1 and woo 5.8
Please ignore the API key if you have already connected in past. And the limit is actually on chunk size, it doesn’t mean that you can only sync 100 products. We have checked with over 10000 products and it works. If you are using WordPress over 4.7 then this chunk size can be increased up to 400 and it will speed up the fetch/sync operation.
