Hello!
I’ve purchased a pro license, installed, and activated the plugin with my API key. I uploaded an image file then used the shortcode[nm-wp-file-downloader]
to create a download area, but it is not working. Please see the image below.
In the N-Media Client Portal, my API key status is still Pending. Does that have anything to do with the shortcode failure?

First of all it has nothing to do with API Status. What error you see or issue while creating a download page?

[nm-wp-file-downloader]
on a page, instead of creating a download area, an upload section is displayed, but it doesn’t work either. I can click between the Upload files and Create directory tabs, but neither tab functions.The image below shows the upload section displayed by the download shortcode.

I provided a clear description of my issue, including a screen image, but, instead of providing assistance, you essentially asked to me to repeat my request. Another two days have passed with no response to my reply. It is obvious from your apathy toward my problem and the issues of others in the client forum that you do not actually support your products.
I don’t care about the wasted money; the license fee was nominal. I am not concerned about the functionality I hoped it would add to my project; I am a capable developer and sought only to save some time. I have already implemented another solution and have no intention of ever using your plugin. I am, however, skeptical that the glowing testimonials displayed on your site are authentic. The praise you claim to have received from so many different individuals is inconsistent with my experience and the obvious frustration of others in the client portal. You do no respond to most support requests. When you do respond, you are clearly defensive. I will be investigating the legitimacy of the endorsements. If I find they are false, you can be sure I will spread word of your deception in popular forums throughout the development community.
