in this photo the plugin working correctly ….( this is another order after the 1st error happened that i notice) working perfectly !
you see the link that shows when i put my mouse on the download button works … ( it directs me to the photo in email and orders page)2nd photo : https://www.dropbox.com/s/t120kllawftsfhm/Screenshot%20%2814%29_LI.jpg?dl=0
in this one the plugin is not working ! i can see the small images icon in the order page only… but when i click or put the mouse of the download button it re-directs me to same page i am in ( which is basicly like refreshing the page – in emails and order page) i can not reach the photos in full size by the download button !
and then i need to tell clients to send photos via email again for each order ! which delays the delivery process.if you need any more information please tell me !

ParticipantHello nmedia team,
I’ve got the same problem here with the confirmed directory with no images in it.
Did you find any solution ?

KeymasterHi Francis,
PPOM first upload files in the temp directory and when order is completed, we run a script on (order_complete hook) to move files to the confirmed directory. May some server issues this hooks is not being triggered or may some other plugin overriding this function.
It’s happening for all order images?

ParticipantYes, I found this function “ppom_woocommerce_rename_files” that move the files to confirmed directory. But there is no file in the temp directory (base dir).
But the file exists in the thumbnails directory but it’s not usable because it’s 75px wide.
It’s not happening for all order files maybe for 5% of them.
Thanks for your help
