We bought 2 plugins from you, I’m logging into my control panel and the 2 are there, but when I want to download WooConvo Addon Quick Message it gives an error page, Wooconvo I was able to download.

Just a question in the conversation, it takes our developer’s avatar, how do I change the avatar image to our company’s logo?
