I’ve updated to the pro version. Before syncing I would like to export all categories/products first (this seems the best insurance not to loose data or have the database mixed-up).
So, I’ve tried but not yet successful. (I’ve gone through all the settings and procedures). Do you have some checklist for me so I can run things again?
I have checked on your site, and noticed that the header columns were removed so we added it back now everything is working, now products have been exported. And you can export the categories and variations as well..
We are working on new Add-on to sync orders and customers.
