Hello,
I’m new to the software.
When I export from the store to the Sheet, the following fields do not come over
_height, _weight, _length, _width
I set the settings to export meta data and created the columns with and without the underscore.Please advise how to export these dimensions for shipping.

Can you please tell me what these fields are, means are they custom fields? or if you are looking to export product dimensions, then create a new column and name it
dimensionsTY for the reply…. these are the dimensions used in the shipping tab of a product to determine the shipping prices.

When I try to make a change and sync back… it tells me the auth code doesn’t work.
but it works to download the data to the sheet.
Any suggestions?Also, do I need a webapp URL?

Hi,
please set the correct auth code on the sheet and inside your store, and it’s all well explained in the Video tutorial provided in plugin settings.
Hi, I understand…I do have the same auth code in both.
Any other ideas why it’s not working?The auth code, worked to pull all the products to the sheet, but I can’t sync back.
