I can’t fetch my Products. It’s stuck at “FETCH OPERATION STARTED …”
I tried Reset Fetch, not everything is empty and we can’t work anymore.

Please help!

We tried deleting all custom fields, we disconnected and reconnected the store.
We are working with <100 Products, no Variations.

The Plugin is stuck at “FETCH OPERATION STARTED …” after working for weeks…

Please help!

I tried reinstalling the Plugin, the Pro Plugin, the Sheets Add on.
Reconnecting the store… This is seriosly messed up. Why is there no support for a payed plugin????

please make sure your store is connected, I have seen your email screenshot where store is not connected.

Hello, I tried reconnecting the store for hours. I tried to reset the plugin but nothing helped.

We are using this plugin now

It works great so far for our needs.

Well, the other plugin tons of steps involved to setup/connect and BPS plugin has just 30 secs connection wizard. Plz watch setup guide I sent you before it is really easy to connect site. Or just share the your site URL, And Authcode (BPS settings), I will connect your site with sheet.
