Hi, Yesterday I just purchased the PPOM Pro plugin yesterday especially for File Input. Unfortunately, file input is not working on the Porto theme. The theme is fully updated but still, it’s not working. Please check the product link https://www.aoaprint.com/product/acrylic-print/.

Porto theme’s latest version has used some wrong approach to render product meta and therefore no Javascript-based events are being triggered. We have sent them emails via our client to fix it. Can you please contact Porto theme support to push them towards this issue so it can be fixed at their end?

ThanksJune 2, 2021 at 7:20 am #24985AdebayoParticipantI got Porto theme support reply:- “Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the PPOM Pro plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.”
Please try to fix this from your end it’s my humble request. Thanks

This is not a PPOM issue, you can check any theme, even the Porto older version, it works fine with PPOM. And when other clients requested to fix they offer him to pay for the customization. Even it is not the customization but a bug in their theme.
We recently have an issue with the Divi theme and we both worked together and resolve the issue. But Porto theme is not willing to fix it but keeps asking to pay for customziation.

They replied: – “Yes, every theme developed by different authors and works on different parameters. So if this plugin works fine with another theme then it doesn’t mean it works fine with Porto too. Porto is the most optimized theme in the market right now. so many plugin coding standards do not meet Porto coding standards and cause conflict. SO only solutions are already explained to you so you can go with one of them to solve your issue.”
Again Replied: ” already explained to you everything that plugin is out of our limitations only service that we provide we will modify the theme for you in customization and you have to pay for that otherwise you have to ask your plugin support to solve your issue.”If you aren’t able to sort this issue, please refund my money back, I’m not able to reply at both ends because I purchased the theme & the plugin, which still conflicts, and asking for a bug fix.
