I’ve purchased and installed Pro as well as the user-specific and revisions add on. In my settings I’ve gone to the ‘File Revisions’ tab and ‘Don’t Keep Log of Old Files?’ is unticked. However, when a file is uploaded there is no green revisions icon like in your screenshots and there is no ‘Revisions file’ area in the box on the left-hand side like in your screenshots.
If it helps, I’ve not been asked for my API key anywhere and it still says pending if I click on it in this client area.
It works in the backend of the site but I’d like it to work in the front end too. If a teacher uploads a file and shares it with a student, I want the student to be able to revise it rather than downloading it, editing it and then re-uploading it again.

you should open your own thread and it is not the WooConvo Addon here, It is file manager plugin and it’s file revision addon. Please don’t mess up with wrong addon here.
Adam, let me see this and get back to you with fix with latest version.
