File Upload Issue

Good day.

We recently purchased your PPOM plugin for WordPress after using the free version for around 6 months.

We have a WooCommerce product page that we allow users to upload their own image.
We have set up certain restrictions (file type, max file size, etc.).

We have had numerous clients complaining that they receive the following message when trying to upload an image: “You cannot upload the file at this time, please refresh the page and try again.”

I have personally tested this on both desktop and mobile as well as using different browsers and this issue seems to be intermittent as yesterday I was able to upload an image on my mobile, today I cannot.

I have also inspected the page via the Chrome console, and there are no errors.

Please advise.

please add these lines into your theme’s functions.php file:

add_filter('ppom_verify_upload_file', function($t){
   return false;
});
