Hi. I’ve installed the plugin but the ‘User Specific Addon’ doesn’t appear to be working. The share file button is not present under the download as documented?

Also the directory breadcrumb doesn’t activate so I can’t navigate home?

well we have released new version for file manager called 13.0, please download it from client portal. Now you need to install free version as well with pro with latest release.

I can’t find a link for this anywhere in the client portal. Can you provide?

I would have thought the download link when we purchased it post update would have been 13!

Hi,

Make sure you dont’ have old PRO version installed.

1. Install Free version
2. Install Latest Pro version.

Please download latest PRO version and Specific addon from client portal. Latest version is 13.0

I would download it if I could find it anywhere? The version that downloads from the client portal is 12.5!!!

Please provide a link to version 13 or tell me exactly where to find it?

The Pro version of File Manager version 13 is available in your client portal. And Free version is avail on WordPress.org

When you will install PRO version you will see notification to install Free version on top, just click it and free version will be installed from WordPress.org
