Font picker custom Font preview

Hi
i am trying add custom font, and somehow it doesn’t display font shape preview,
is the addon support it?
if so,, where can i find instruction?

I was able to do a bit of tweaking with the javascript component so that I could use css classes on a text box input type where it would change the text to the font selected in the font drop down box (Suppressed the font sample box too)

It is a bit involved and not something easily shared on a blog though. ;(
