Having issues with PPOM Pro plugin

I am trying to create multiple images selector, however when i do so, the existing fields from the Metadata gets erased, however, i have another metadata, which has multiple fields, but it doesn’t gets erased. This is causing a roadblock for us to create the Metadata with multiple dependencies.

It seems your site/server has limitation for post max vars, you can

Thank you for your suggestion. Based on the suggested links, i was able to modify the php_max_input vars for my word press site, however i’m still facing an issue with this, after adding more than 4-5 options, the complete meta data is cleared up.

Almost 4-5 hours have been wasted just because the plugin is resetting the data. Again and Again.

For your information, the value set currently is below.

max_input_vars = 5000;

Kindly assist since it’s hitting a roadblock in completing my site.

Adding to this, what’s the maximum no. of options i can add to a metadata ?

Hi Deepak,

we have not limit in our plugin to add options, it is truly based on limit on your server for max post var or max input var settings.
