hide info in select input

Hi, i m using a select input to add percentage discount in my product page, i have no problems with that, my problem is that next to percentage appears the price.
For example my product price is 100
my select input options are 5% 15% 20%,
but shows this 5% (-s / 5.00) | 15% (-s / 15.00) | 20% (-s / 20.00)
and i want to appear only the percentage 5% | 15% | 20%
