How to send file download link in Email – WooConvo

Hi,

Now in version 7.6+ file download link can be sent in email (if the file is attached/uploaded). To add link follow these simple steps.

Inside Email settings: WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > WooConvo – New Message Received

Inside Additional Message options, you can add also the following vars:

• {order_date}
• {order_number}
• {message_text}
• {billing_last_name}
• {billing_last_name}
• {file_link}

Hello, I have two problems;

1. When I send a picture to the user, it appears in the wooconvo chat window. But when I go back to chat later, the image doesn’t appear there. I can’t access the image I sent again via chat. How can I fix this.

2. When I send a message without a picture, the {file_link} shortcode appears at the bottom of the mail. This is a bad view. Can’t you solve this with an if loop? If there is a picture attached to the message, send the picture, otherwise not send the short code in the mail.
