How to upgrade from version 10.6 to version 13 in PPOM Pro

I have installed version 10.6 from the beginning (in https://www.imprentagiographic.com.ar/) but I do not receive any notification on the WordPress desktop that indicates that the update is necessary.
I have already downloaded PPOM Pro v.13 from the client portal, what is the correct way to update the plugin?

Note: In the client area the status of the product key is still “pending”

Hi,

Please install PPOM free version first and then install PPOM Pro version you downloaded from client portal.

Ignore API key status it will be activated as soon as you enter new version.

Thanks for your reply … but the Pro version is already installed and working well, the point is that it does not detect the new version nor does it suggest loading the update to the new version.
That is the reason for my query.

Just ignore this, whenever it required you will be asked to add your API Key 🙂
