HTML data name display and conditional logic

Hello

I use HTML fields with some conditional logic
Everything is ok on the product page
I have these issues in the cart
1- The HTML data name is displayed
2- Conditional logic works only with the first field with CL , those which come after do not work

Could you please give me a hand on this ?
