How come, I purchased a plugin and you took my money and even I can not download what I paid for???

Im having similar issues here. I was able to download a file onto my desk top, but there is no .zip file to install through wp. Ive even tried to upload the file through my server and get an error message.
No response from the ‘help” team.
My order status sill states pending for a few days ago… Im seriously considering calling my credit card company to reverse the charges.
