I don't get the additionals functions of the Pro-Version

Hello from Germany,
Yesterday I bought PPOM and the Addon Fields popup for $ 45. After the email with the login data I logged into the member area and downloaded and installed the plugin. In the Client Portal, I see the API key and the status is pending. No domain. I have entered the API key in the settings of Woocommerce in the tab PROM API, but I get the additional features of PPOM not unlocked and the plugin Fields popup does not work either.
How do I unlock the Pro version of PPOM and how does the activation of the Plugin Fields popup work?
Please help

can you please make sure PPOM Pro version is installed with PPOM Basic version. If you already activated the same please send your site logins detail to sales@najeebmedia.com

how I can install the Pro-Version? In the Client Portal I see only the Downloadbutton for the Addon I bought (Fields Popup). Did I overlook something ?

yeah I’ve written an e-Mail to the support, too. The response came an hour later informing me, that the API key was added to my client portal. Now everything is working.
