Hi referring to the thread above, i also have the issue where only some orders are being added with fields populated.

I have multiple orders with and without sizes, with no apparent reason as to why.

I see that the previous user has issues with stripe, however, i only use PayPal.

Any ideas what i can do to solve this?

I originally thought it was to do with the “Control price display on the product page” but this has had orders come through whilst its been in both show and don’t show.

I have around 15 orders with no sizing or extra info.

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated

Hey guys, I may have the answer. Not 100% sure but it looks promising.

In Stripe payments, there is a setting:

Payment Request Buttons

Payment Request Buttons Enable Payment Request Buttons. (Apple Pay/Chrome Payment Request API)
By using Apple Pay, you agree to Stripe and Apple’s terms of service.

If this setting is switched on (or ticked), the fields are not carried over into the order. Hopefully unticking this will resolve the issue.

Liam, Sorry we don’t know about this, it’s related to some PayPal parameters issue. Not properly configured to send PPOM data.
