Something changed with the new version you just released. The image options are showing up in columns instead of rows and causing wrapping/display issues. It wont let me choose one column, the min is 4. And some images are no longer showing up. The file paths got reverted to old image paths, but the weird thing is that they show up ok on the product page even though the image links are broken in both the admin area and at checkout. I have a TON of meta groups because you don’t have the option added yet to select multiple meta groups per product so I’ve had to copy them and make little changes for individual products, so re-uploading new images to each meta will take me forever. Any ideas??
See example of column issue here: https://sweetpeawoodworking.com/product/you-are-my-sunshine-painted-wood-sign/ I’ve already fixed the image path issues on this product but now it’s giving me the column issue.
See example of broken img path issue here: https://sweetpeawoodworking.com/product/personalized-wood-name-tray/ If you add it to your cart after selecting the options you will see the broken images. I don’t know why it is pulling the correct path on the product page, but pulling the incorrect path on the cart and admin pages…
February 18, 2018 at 2:19 pm #8431nmediaKeymasterHi,
well I have checked your link and added to cart product from second link. And I noticed that images are broken due to their bad/invalid link.

this above link is valid and it show image on cartBut this one: https://i2.wp.com/sweetpeawoodworking.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Silver-Lining-Text.png?w=945&ssl=1
Says: We cannot complete this request, remote data could not be fetchedyou it shows that images url/links are invalid or restricted on your server. Please fix it. It’s not issue with our plugin.
February 18, 2018 at 8:53 pm #8435DebbieParticipantYeah, I know the links are invalid. But I changed those images a long time ago and the update reverted to old ones. And it’s fetching the correct URL on the product pages, but not the cart pages.
And what about the column issue? The wrapping looks awful and if I go through and manually change all the images back to my new ones it will update each meta to columns and look bad so I’m stuck between choosing bad images on checkout or bad layout on product.
February 19, 2018 at 8:00 pm #8437DebbieParticipantOk, so I’m now trying to update all the Meta info to the correct img URLs with an import since going through one by one will take forever. I also was trying to import them with the “width” blank like the others so I doesn’t force me to choose “4” and mess up the layout like it does when I edit them manually. I exported all the current data, did a find/replace to change the img paths and widths, and reuploaded a single one to test it and changed the Meta ID to the next available number so I wouldn’t replace an existing one during testing and it imported 3 blank metas. Do you have a support document on how to format the upload? I figured using the template they exported in would work, but obviously it’s not. Any ideas??
Here is the original export of all the data: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dwn9lq9cv6vj5rk/ppom-export.csv?dl=0
Here is the test one I made that didn’t work: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vjb1zcvo0jaqzlv/ppom-export-TEST.csv?dl=0
Here is the modified version of all of them (I wanted to replace them all with to update everything, but since the test didn’t work I assume this one won’t work either): https://www.dropbox.com/s/pzubu1m17h7mlhj/ppom-export-NEW.csv?dl=0
Here’s a screenshot of what shows up after uploading the test CSV file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/64hlwv2w2oqfyvg/ScreeshotErrors.PNG?dl=0
February 21, 2018 at 6:13 am #8439nmediaKeymasterHi,
make sure for following stuff:
- You have latest version
- Please save each meta
- export again
If it does not work please send your site login details to sales@najeebmedia.com
February 21, 2018 at 9:08 pm #8442DebbieParticipantWhat do you mean by save each meta? They are all saved right now… I have both the free and pro versions installed like it said to do. However, the free version says 10.7 but the Pro version says 10.6, is that correct?
February 25, 2018 at 5:50 am #8449nmediaKeymasterWell in new version we have some changes and it save some default data for some fields and then export csv works.
