Hi.
I need to add 520 options (these are localities of a geographic region) in the selection type field of N-Media WooCommerce PPOM PRO, but I can only add 200. Is this possible? How can I do it?

Yes.
Modifying max_input_vars = 6500; in php.ini it works.
