Issue in PPOM field

We are using N-Media WooCommerce PPOM PRO in our site https://morenaturals.com/
here we are facing a issue with PPOM field when user are added product to add to cart and again user will add same variation product to cart there are double entries are created in checkout
again when user are add same product with same quantity dual time price will be doubled but quantity remain the same in it not increased
Please let me know the issue where is problem is created
As our site is live so let me know as soon as possible
