In my portal I have multiple licenses for this plugin “WooCommerce Personalized Product Options Manager”. When I log into my portal the API keys says rejected I was wondering why does it say that? Is this the reason why when I have tried to install it on another site it will not install.
Steps I take:
• Download Plugin from my Portal.
• Upload it via FTP
• Then visit my plugin page and activate it.
• Once I try to active it. It sends to this link that takes me to the page “Provide API key below”.
• I enter one of my API keys I have access and after I press submit and it just says “Please wait” and nothing happens.
I was wondering if there is a solution for this either by a new update version of the plugin or new API keys will have to be assign to me?
