Hello,
we bought your plugin “nm-woocommerce-personalized-product” some time ago.
But were not using it in the last month/years.Today I wanted to install this plugin in an development site, to see if this fits our new client needs.
I can log-in to the N-Media Client Portal here on the site, it says that my license is valid till 07/18/2020.
But I cant download, active, or reset the API key here !
If I click the download button just an error appears:
<Error><Code>NoSuchKey</Code><Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message><Key>****//.zip</Key><RequestId>F9C6CD9*******</RequestId><HostId>eyBF8QlYtx8fzBUn9zmF***********************************=</HostId></Error>It also doesnt show a Version number besides the download button, its just empty.
I tried to insert the shown API key into my website, but nothing is happening.
Also the link in “If you don’t know your API key, please login into your: Member area” is pointing to “http://wordpresspoets.com/member-area” which doesnt exists anymore.I than tried to reset the API key, but after clicking the button, the API doenst change, just the button to reset the API gets hidden.
It seems that the last version I downloaded was v3.9.
Can you please tell me,
If the license is still active?
How can I download the actual version of the plugin?
How can I activate it with the API key?Thanks in advanced.

as per your records, you have purchased this plugin on Sep 22, 2014. And the support period is one year. You need to renew your account. Better you purchase PPOM again via najeebmedia.com/ppom it will refresh you account with valid API keys and latest PPOM version into your client area.
