I need to add the EAN field to the spreadsheet, so I added the alg_ean tag and inserted a new column between ID and SYNC. I’ve synchronized and even run Fetch, but it doesn’t update. I also tried the global_unique_id and wpm_gtin_code fields, and nothing—the data isn’t coming through from WooCommerce. I’ve watched the tutorial video on YouTube and checked a few forum posts, but I still haven’t managed to get it working.
We have been using the WooCommerce Personalized Product Meta Manager plugin (Version 8.6) for years with no issues. However, after upgrading our site to PHP 8.4, attempting to upload a file triggers a WordPress error stating:
“There has been a critical error on this website.”

PHP Version: 8.4After reviewing the issue, it appears the plugin may not be fully compatible with PHP 8.4, causing this error. We would appreciate guidance on whether there is an update, patch, or workaround to resolve this issue.
