Hi, I just purchased the plug and installed both the free and pro versions. I tried to setup a date picker and attached it to a product. When I click the box, it’s a blank box where you can type in. The calendar never shows up or drops down. Why isn’t it showing any calendar? Thanks
July 17, 2019 at 12:46 pm #12938nmediaKeymasterHi,
Can you please share product page URL?
July 18, 2019 at 1:45 am #12972contactParticipantHi, the link is https://wedtrivia.com/product/would-she-rather/
It’s the only field there. The single date picker calendar works on a product, but the date range doesn’t produce a drop down calendar or anything, it’s just a simple text box. Thank you in advance.
I need to set it up so that someone can pick a date, specifically in chunks of 2 days and 3 day increments. Not sure if that’s possible. But first I need the calendar to work so people can even choose dates.
Thank you!
July 18, 2019 at 2:10 pm #13012nmediaKeymasterHi,
please update PPOM PRO plugin, we have added date range picker api/js into PPOM PRO since version 18.2
July 18, 2019 at 3:45 pm #13017contactParticipantHow can I update? I see no way to update it in WordPress, purchased it directly from here and when I download the file on my client page and reinstall it just shows 18.0… tried a few times now. maybe the file in my client area isn’t linked to the proper folder? Please connect me with the proper file for updating. Thanks.
July 18, 2019 at 3:48 pm #13018contactParticipantI do see I have the version 18.2 installed of PPOM for WooCommerce by N-MEDIA
But the
N-Media WooCommerce PPOM PRO that I got when purchasing here this week is only 18.0July 18, 2019 at 5:50 pm #13019contactParticipantIn case it wasn’t clear, it still doesn’t work. Some additional information, I also see status pending in my client portal when originally it was linked but to the wrong domain name. I had to add the free plugin after installing the pro one and now it looks like it’s now showing my product key connected to my website after resetting it. Please help me fix asap and ensure my plugin is installed correctly.
July 19, 2019 at 5:00 pm #13059contactParticipantHello? Please respond. My whole project is being held up since you haven’t replied. Ive provided a multitude of information above. I need to know how to fix the issue!
July 20, 2019 at 8:28 am #13060nmediaKeymasterHi there,
Sorry for the late response. Please log in to your client area (here) and download PPOM PRO latest version (18.2) and re-install. It will solve this issue.
July 20, 2019 at 9:09 am #13064contactParticipantHi, there must be something wrong with the file linked in my client area. I just downloaded and installed AGAIN from my client area here and the zip file downloaded only installs version 18.0 of the pro version NOT 18.2.
Also, the first time I installed the plugin there was menu item that said something like PPOM activation key or something on the dashboard side menu to put in my product key as well. This isn’t available either. So even though I’ve installed it, in my client area there is no domain attached and it the status is pending.
So I’m guessing there are two issues, the key isn’t activating or showing to be activated on my site AND the file on the download link in my client area is the pro version 18.0 NOT 18.2. Please fix both ASAP so I can install 18.2 and have a working key.
I can’t move forward without this working. I’ve been stuck now for nearly 3 days!
July 21, 2019 at 12:08 pm #13160nmediaKeymasterCan you please share your site login details via sales@najeebmedia.com
July 22, 2019 at 4:12 am #13162nmediaKeymasterHi there,
Thanks for sharing details, as I have requested before you should have installed PPOM PRO latest version from the client portal. But you didn’t install it. Well, we have installed the latest version (18.2) and all is working fine.
July 22, 2019 at 4:48 pm #13176contactParticipantI purchased directly from you last week, so the download link must default to the 18.0 one in my client area. It still seems to download 18.0 when I use that link. Thank you for putting proper file on my site.
Also why does my license key still say pending? Could this be why the file wasn’t there to download the right version?
Finally, how can I make the date picker so when someone picks a date it sets the end date 2 days or 3 days later?
Thanks.
July 24, 2019 at 4:19 am #13219nmediaKeymasterHi,
I have already shared that whenever it’ is required on your site you will be asked API Key, right now your site is using PRO version without any issue.
And for the end date, this is something unique requirements, we have settings in date picker that generally needed by clients. You need to make changes in JS script to achieve this.
