no upload anymore

Hello guys
i have some media upload problems.
Error popup is: You cannot upload the file at this time, please refresh the page and try again. Note that your current option choices will be reset.
Upload only works when i’m logged as administrator.
Could you please help me

there is some cache issue at your end, please check with different browser and it should work fine.
