I am rebuilding my website on a new server and whenever I try to upload any of my plugins I get this message:
Installing Plugin from uploaded file: woo-product-designer.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Your plugin license is not valid, Download plugin API KEY from Client Portal or visit NajeebMedia
Plugin installation failed.
PPOM installed fine but the Aviary addon, product designer, and WooStore Customizer all fail.
I also have an issue where the download for PPOM in the client portal wont work and so I can’t get the most up to date version… I just get this message:
NoSuchKeyThe specified key does not exist.2290/8.1/.zipD046DC508FF6C764LdcHABkGlmqpr200TPirv/IignqLYseWjLLD4XCRy5gAEe/RO0k1VstJNhulgRofN0Ze7ymw6NM=

nevermind, I figured out the problem. Got them all to install now.
The only issue I still have is that the PPOM download link gives that error and so I can’t get the newest version of that and had to use the zip file I have from several years ago. Is there any way that can be fixed?
I thought support was for one year, my most recent purchased plugin was in April, 7 months ago.
Also, regardless of having support or not, this is clearly an issue with your website not allowing me access to my purchased plugin, which is supposed to have “lifetime updates”. You’re not going to fix it just because I don’t have support?
