Hello.
I’m not getting to see an uploader or uploaded files when I’m logged out of WordPress even while the settings in the backend is set to allow that.
What am I doing wrong?Thanks.

I have set up a file uploader and file downloader pages as below.
I want all public guests to be able to download uploaded files. It’s set to do that.
It works fine on all browsers but the Internet Explorer for Windows. Files are not visible in Internet Explorer.I have uploaded a file into a file group ‘cat1’.
Could you look into this issue, please?

January 31, 2019 at 2:33 am #10543massappeal.tokyo@gmail.comParticipantThere’s just one more issue.
When I upload a file with a Japanese name through the plugin’s uploading feature, it automatically removes Japanese characters.
I guess it is related to sanitize_text_field in the coding.
(I’m not an expert in coding, but, my understanding is that we need to use $basename for sanitize_text_field part (?) for 2byte characters)
Could you advise how we can modify this so we can upload files as is with Japanese character file name?Thank you.
February 2, 2019 at 5:12 pm #10557nmediaKeymasterHi,
well we are using sanitize_key and sanitize_file_name function and it generate filenames.
