I just bought your product,

is there any option for notification (i mean not by email ).

When I login as shop admin on my store, is it possible to see a notification for new customer messages ? Ideally I could click and see customer who sent message.

thanks for using our plugin. We are adding more features. New message notification will be added soon against per order so you can see it on order lists page.

Current Version: 4.0

Email messages are not working when messages are sent. I just bought this plugin a week or so ago, but I don’t see it here in the website, has this new plugin (WordPress Private Messages with File Attachment) replaced it?

yes it’s replaced with WordPress Private Messages with File Attachment, it is same plugin just name is updated.
