I have the OrderConvo Pro plugin and its Extensions, 3 plugins in total. The messaging feature within the Order page (from a customer order) was not showing (within Woocommerce – Orders). So I thought the plugin was not installed correctly and I deleted it to reinstall it properly again. However, this seems to be not possible. It gives me an error (I can’t enter the plugin Order Convo Pro settings) and it’s also not clear how and where to activate the API keys.
Please help with this, I urgently need these plugins to be working properly. If needed I can also provide you with access to my site so you can have a look.
