OrderConvo Pro: Attachment via Email

Expected Functionality: I want to be able to add a PDF to the Convo Message area and the system show a copy in Convo AND email the PDF to the customer.
Actual: Attachment does not get sent to the customer.

Do I have something wrong or misunderstand the marketing feature page for OrderConvo?

OrderConvo Settings:
– Enable File Attachments = on
-Max file size = 600
-Send attachment in email = on

WooCommerce 6.2 Settings / Email:
-WooConvo Customer – New Message Received. – Enabled. How can I make it so any attachments I add are sent to the customer too?

Attempted to use {file_link} per https://clients.najeebmedia.com/forums/topic/how-to-send-file-download-link-in-email-wooconvo/. Result: Failed. No attached file came through to the customer. But {file_link} was in the body of the email they received.

Please check and download WooConvo Pro version 8.6 we just released it should work fine to send attached files and you can use the variable inside the email template: {attachments}
