I placed on order on your site for WooCommerce Checkout Fields & Options Manager on Tuesday 2 days ago and paid via paypal ( transaction ID 57T35022RG683601G ).
The plugin does not show as a download option in my client area and I did not recieve any order confirmation so therefore no download link.
I sent an emails to sales@najeebmedia.com with the above details shortly after (2 days ago) asking for the download and also placed a message in reply to a for answer you sent to me yesterday asking your to look into it.
I have not had any reply at all so I am posting this forum message and have resent the mail to sales@najeebmedia.com. Can you please fix this today as I need to install this.
If I don’t receive a reply today I will have to looked for an alternative plugin and put in a paypal dispute for a refund as currently I have paid for something and received nothing and am getting no replies to my requests for assistance.HI
